Good to know
The property is equipped with four portable heaters. Two situated in the living area, one in the master bedroom, which is on the main floor and one on the terrace level. Both the third floor and the carriage house have their own heating, which operate on a separate unit. We are currently waiting on a part for the central heating system, which will take longer to arrive than anticipated. However, we have tested the property with the portable heaters, and the temperature feels consistent with that of the central heating system.

Please note that no events are permitted. Violating this policy will result in a fee. Pool can be seat to spa Mode in the fall/winter for an additional fee.
